  • High strength: Kevlar yarn is twice as strong as nylon fiber and 5–6 times stronger than steel fiber.
  • Impact Resistance:It absorbs Impact Force through its own deformation, ensuring it does not break.
  • Excellent thermal stability: It does not easily deform or decompose in high-temperature environments. Its performance remains stable, with a melting point of 455°C.
  • Low-temperature resistance:It maintains good performance even at -196°C (-320°F) without degrading or becoming brittle.

  • Poor UV Resistance: Prolonged exposure to UV light causes Kevlar to degrade, resulting in reduced strength.
  • Not Waterproof:
    Gloves made from Kevlar fiber are not waterproof and cannot be used in rainy or humid conditions.
  • Limited Protection Against Strong Corrosive Chemicals: It can protect against some chemical agents, but cannot provide long-term protection against strong acids and alkalis.
