Product Description

Dyneema cut-resistant work gloves provide excellent cut resistance. They are breathable and low-linting, which helps prevent marks on work surfaces. These gloves are suitable for a wide range of applications, from meat processing to cleanrooms. They offer good abrasion resistance and last longer than standard cut-resistant gloves. We provide options to customize yarn composition and coatings. This helps meet specific requirements for flexibility, grip performance, and cut resistance. Available in a wide range of sizes to accommodate various hand shapes, these gloves offer the following key features:

  • Provides cut resistance, abrasion resistance, and lightweight protection; puncture resistance can be customized based on yarn structure.
  • Utilizes Dyneema high-performance UHMWPE fibers, offering an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio.
  • Features a 13-gauge seamless knit construction that balances cut resistance with flexibility, ensuring comfort during prolonged wear.
  • Incorporates a PU coating to enhance dexterity for precision tasks and to prevent slippage.
  • The Dyneema yarn composition effectively reduces the risk of lacerations caused by blades and sharp edges.
  • Meets ANSI A4 cut-resistance standards; different protection levels can be customized based on yarn structure and testing needs.
  • The low-linting yarn reduces fiber shedding. This makes these gloves great for food processing, meat handling, and environments with higher cleanliness requirements.
  • Supports OEM/ODM customization, including options for 13G/15G/18G knit gauges, PU or nitrile coatings, colors, sizes, and packaging solutions.

Work gloves should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. The ideal storage temperature is typically between **10°C–25°C**. Excessively high temperatures can cause the rubber, nitrile, or coating to age, become sticky, or crack, thereby reducing protective performance.

When measuring glove sizes, first use a soft tape measure to measure palm circumference at the widest point (excluding the thumb), then measure hand length from the base of the middle finger to the fingertip. Refer to the size chart based on these two measurements to select sizes such as S, M, L, or XL. If the palm circumference and finger length correspond to different sizes, generally prioritize the palm circumference and choose a tighter or roomier fit based on personal preference.

FAQ

What is Dyneema?

Dyneema is a high-performance, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber known for its lightweight nature and exceptional strength; it is frequently used in cut-resistant gloves. It boasts an outstanding strength-to-weight ratio, making it ideal for industrial environments that require a combination of lightweight comfort, flexibility, and cut protection.

Dyneema is a branded, high-performance HPPE/UHMWPE fiber, whereas standard HPPE refers to the general category of this material.

Dyneema typically offers a more consistent strength-to-weight ratio, softness, and durability.

The performance of standard HPPE can vary depending on the supplier, yarn structure, and manufacturing process.

Products that explicitly utilize Dyneema fibers are particularly well-suited for high-end cut-resistant applications, food processing, and low-linting environments.

Yes, it is. Dyneema gloves are low-linting, lightweight, and breathable, making them suitable for use in meat cutting, seafood handling, and food pre-processing operations.

Yes, they can. It is recommended to wash them at a low temperature using a neutral detergent and to allow them to air dry naturally; avoid using bleach or high-temperature tumble drying.
