ESD Cleanroom Striped Gloves

ESD Cleanroom Striped Gloves are made from polyester and nylon. They feature conductive carbon fiber stripes at 8 mm intervals. The gloves are made with a woven fabric construction. The fabric is tightly woven and resistant to lint shedding. They are suitable for use in cleanrooms and ESD-sensitive environments. M-tide provides professional ESD cleanroom glove solutions.

  • Stable anti-static properties
  • Suitable for use in cleanrooms and ESD environments
  • Lightweight and comfortable lining
  • High flexibility and ease of use
  • Effectively maintains cleanliness and reduces the risk of contamination

Product Description

ESD Cleanroom Striped Gloves are specifically designed for EPA areas, cleanrooms, and clean environments. The glove base material consists of polyester and nylon fibers. The gloves use continuous filament yarns in a woven fabric construction, further reducing the risk of lint shedding. Conductive carbon fiber is woven into the fabric at 8mm intervals, helping ensure static dissipation across the glove surface. The glove edges use laser-sealed edge technology, which effectively seals the cut edges of the fibers to prevent shedding. M-tide offers ESD gloves suitable for a wide range of applications.

  • Excellent static dissipation

ESD Cleanroom Striped Gloves feature an 8 mm carbon fiber stripe design. Conductive carbon fiber is woven into the fabric at 8mm intervals. Compared to the 10mm stripe structure commonly found on the market, our gloves have a denser arrangement of conductive carbon fiber. This effectively reduces charge buildup on the glove surface and supports controlled static dissipation. They are suitable for semiconductor processing, PCB assembly, and precision electronic component handling.

Work gloves should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. The ideal storage temperature is typically between **10°C–25°C**. Excessively high temperatures can cause the rubber, nitrile, or coating to age, become sticky, or crack, thereby reducing protective performance.

When measuring glove sizes, first use a soft tape measure to measure palm circumference at the widest point (excluding the thumb), then measure hand length from the base of the middle finger to the fingertip. Refer to the size chart based on these two measurements to select sizes such as S, M, L, or XL. If the palm circumference and finger length correspond to different sizes, generally prioritize the palm circumference and choose a tighter or roomier fit based on personal preference.

FAQ

Are ESD Cleanroom Striped Gloves suitable for cleanroom environments?

These gloves are made from a base material of nylon and polyester fibers. They feature a continuous filament structure, which effectively reduces the risk of lint shedding. The woven construction creates a dense fabric that helps block particles and debris. This makes them ideal for tasks requiring high standards of particle contamination control and cleanroom environments.

“Striped” refers to the weaving of conductive carbon fiber into the glove, creating a striped appearance. Once woven into the glove, it forms a conductive network on the glove’s surface. When the glove comes into contact with other objects, it can transfer or dissipate static electricity. The surface resistance of our gloves can be controlled within the range of 1×10⁶–10⁸ Ω.

The glove cuff utilizes laser-sealed edge technology. A laser seals the cut edges of the synthetic fibers. This helps reduce lint shedding. The cuff design is available in three styles: folding, straight, and striated. The cuff fits snugly and comfortably and helps prevent the glove from slipping off.
