Work gloves should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. The ideal storage temperature is typically between **10°C–25°C**. Excessively high temperatures can cause the rubber, nitrile, or coating to age, become sticky, or crack, thereby reducing protective performance.

When measuring glove sizes, first use a soft tape measure to measure palm circumference at the widest point (excluding the thumb), then measure hand length from the base of the middle finger to the fingertip. Refer to the size chart based on these two measurements to select sizes such as S, M, L, or XL. If the palm circumference and finger length correspond to different sizes, generally prioritize the palm circumference and choose a tighter or roomier fit based on personal preference.

FAQ

What types of cut-resistant yarns do you use?

M-tide uses high-performance cut-resistant yarns, such as HPPE and UHMWPE yarns. We also use reinforcing fibers like glass fiber, steel wire, and aramid. The difference between ESD anti-static gloves and other types of gloves is that conductive carbon fiber yarn is incorporated into the yarn structure, giving the gloves the ability to dissipate static electricity. We support OEM customization of yarn structures, adjusting yarn ratios and weave patterns to enhance specific performance characteristics.

Yes, our ESD cut-resistant gloves offer excellent abrasion resistance. The gloves are made with high-strength HPPE/UHMWPE cut-resistant yarns, which inherently possess superior tensile strength and abrasion resistance, making them suitable for applications such as electronics assembly, handling sharp metal edges, and precision equipment manufacturing. The standard uncoated version prioritizes softness, breathability, and flexibility; if customers require enhanced abrasion resistance, slip resistance, and grip, we can provide PU-dipped fingertips, PU-dipped palms, or nitrile-coated options. Actual abrasion resistance and service life depend on work intensity, contact materials, washing frequency, and the operating environment.

Yes. In addition to the standard ANSI Cut Level A3, we also produce cut-resistant gloves at ANSI Levels A2, A4, and A6 to meet the diverse needs of our customers. Different manufacturing processes are employed for each level.

ESD cut-resistant gloves are suitable for applications including electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, semiconductors, precision instruments, lithium-ion batteries, automotive electronics, IDC data centers, power equipment, glass processing, and metal parts handling.
