Product Description

M-tide is a manufacturer of PU fingertip-coated gloves. Compared to ESD PU palm-dipped gloves, these gloves remain lightweight and breathable while enhancing grip and flexibility at the fingertips. They help keep hands dry and comfortable during precision assembly, PCB handling, and electronic repairs. The liner utilizes a seamless knitting process and is made from a blend of nylon and carbon fiber conductive yarn, which helps reduce static buildup and provides reliable static control. We offer several liner and coating options with the following key features:

  • Localized fingertip coating: PU or nitrile coating is applied only to the fingertips. This design remains breathable and slip-resistant.
  • Touchscreen functionality: Incorporates conductive materials such as carbon fiber or copper fiber, allowing operators to operate smartphones, machine displays, and other devices while performing precision tasks
  • Lightweight, breathable knit: Utilizes a 13-gauge knitting process for a snug hand fit, improving dexterity and comfort
  • Excellent slip resistance: Allows for a secure grip on metal and plastic parts, reducing the likelihood of drops and improving work efficiency

Application

  • Electronics assembly and PCB component handling
  • Semiconductor packaging and chip inspection work
  • Precision parts sorting in anti-static workstations
  • Touchscreen device operation and barcode scanning
  • Cleanroom packaging for sensitive electronic products
  • Quality control, repair, and maintenance of small devices

In addition to standard ESD nylon carbon fiber fingertip-coated gloves, we also offer polyester & carbon fiber fingertip-coated gloves and nylon spandex carbon fiber ESD gloves. All can be designed to support touchscreen operation and incorporate carbon fiber conductive yarn.

Nylon Carbon ESD PU Fingertip Coated Gloves

Liner: 96% Nylon + 4% Carbon Fiber

This is our standard ESD solution for PU fingertip-coated gloves. Suitable for extended wear, these gloves are lightweight, soft, and form-fitting. They help reduce the risk of damage to IC chips and electronic components caused by static buildup. Ideal for PCB inspection, small parts sorting, and similar applications.

Polyester Carbon ESD PU Fingertip Coated Gloves

Lining: 96% Polyester + 4% Carbon Fiber

The polyester liner provides better dimensional stability and abrasion resistance. Ideal for mass production in factories, packaging lines, and electronics assembly lines, helping to control static electricity generated by friction between the body and the gloves. This solution offers cost-effectiveness and good durability.

Nylon Spandex Carbon ESD Touchscreen Fingertip Coated Gloves

Lining: 92% Nylon + 4% Spandex + 4% Carbon Fiber

These gloves offer exceptional fit and flexibility. The spandex provides elasticity and resilience, making them suitable for precision assembly, electronic maintenance, and industrial equipment operation.

Work gloves should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. The ideal storage temperature is typically between **10°C–25°C**. Excessively high temperatures can cause the rubber, nitrile, or coating to age, become sticky, or crack, thereby reducing protective performance.

When measuring glove sizes, first use a soft tape measure to measure palm circumference at the widest point (excluding the thumb), then measure hand length from the base of the middle finger to the fingertip. Refer to the size chart based on these two measurements to select sizes such as S, M, L, or XL. If the palm circumference and finger length correspond to different sizes, generally prioritize the palm circumference and choose a tighter or roomier fit based on personal preference.

FAQ

In which scenarios are ESD Fingertip Coated Touchscreen Gloves suitable?

They are suitable for anti-static work scenarios such as electronic product assembly, PCB inspection, chip testing, small parts sorting, repair and maintenance, and operating touchscreen devices.

Yes. The gloves contain conductive materials such as carbon fiber, which support operation on most capacitive touchscreens, making them suitable for tasks like scanning barcodes and controlling device screens.

PU fingertip coating enhances grip and slip resistance while keeping the palm area lightweight and breathable, making it suitable for precision assembly and extended wear.

We support OEM/ODM customization, including liner material, color, size, gauge, coating options, and packaging, to meet different electronics manufacturing requirements.
