Product Description

M-tide ESD nylon inspection gloves offer excellent flexibility and tactile feedback. Made with 18-gauge nylon yarn, these gloves are thin, soft, and flexible. They are designed for electronic product inspection, quality inspection, and precision component inspection. With reliable static dissipative performance, they help dissipate static charge accumulated on the body or during operation, reducing the risk of ESD damage to sensitive components such as PCBs, semiconductor devices, sensors, display modules, and precision instruments from electrostatic discharge. Please contact our sales team for samples or customization options.

Features seamless knitting and a rolled cuff design to enhance wearing comfort. Seamless knitting reduces friction and discomfort, minimizes fiber shedding and contamination risks, and helps maintain a clean inspection environment.

Application

  • Electronic product inspection
  • PCB inspection
  • Semiconductor packaging inspection
  • Precision instrument inspection
  • Optical component inspection
  • Cleanroom operations
  • Electronic product packaging inspection

ESD Uncoated Inspection Gloves:

Lightweight, breathable, and form-fitting, ideal for extended periods of electronic testing and precision inspection; the uncoated design preserves tactile sensitivity and reduces stuffiness.

ESD PU-Coated Fingertip Inspection Gloves:

PU-coated fingertips enhance grip stability, helping prevent small parts, PCBs, and chips from slipping during inspection, while keeping the back of the hand breathable and comfortable.

ESD PU-Coated Palm Inspection Gloves:

Suitable for inspection workstations that require stronger grip. The PU-coated palm improves slip resistance, making it easier to handle, inspect, and assemble electronic components.

Work gloves should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. The ideal storage temperature is typically between **10°C–25°C**. Excessively high temperatures can cause the rubber, nitrile, or coating to age, become sticky, or crack, thereby reducing protective performance.

When measuring glove sizes, first use a soft tape measure to measure palm circumference at the widest point (excluding the thumb), then measure hand length from the base of the middle finger to the fingertip. Refer to the size chart based on these two measurements to select sizes such as S, M, L, or XL. If the palm circumference and finger length correspond to different sizes, generally prioritize the palm circumference and choose a tighter or roomier fit based on personal preference.

FAQ

What are ESD inspection gloves?

ESD inspection gloves are anti-static gloves used for electronic product inspection, assembly, and quality checks. They are typically made with nylon yarn and conductive carbon fibers to help help dissipate static charge from the body and reduce the impact of static electricity on sensitive electronic components such as PCB boards, semiconductor devices, sensors, and display modules.

The conductive carbon fiber in the gloves provides a static dissipative path, helping to gradually release static charge accumulated on the body and reduce the risk of electrostatic discharge. During inspection and assembly, the gloves also help reduce direct hand contact and contamination, making them suitable for handling precision electronic components, instruments, and circuit boards.

Yes. ESD inspection gloves can usually be washed and reused. However, the glove condition should be checked regularly based on work intensity, washing frequency, and the operating environment. If fiber wear, coating peeling, loss of elasticity, or unstable anti-static performance occurs, the gloves should be replaced in time to maintain safety and consistency during inspection.

The uncoated version is lightweight and breathable, with more sensitive tactile feedback for long-term precision inspection. The PU-coated fingertip version improves fingertip grip and is suitable for handling small parts, PCB boards, and chips. The PU-coated palm version offers better anti-slip performance and is suitable for inspection, handling, and assembly tasks that require stronger grip.
