Product Description

ESD PVC Coated Work Gloves are made with a base Liner of nylon fibers for breathability and comfort. Paired with highly conductive carbon fiber. M-tide offers ESD glove solutions in different ratios. The default ratio for PVX04 is 24% carbon fiber, 76% blended base Liner. The gloves are made with Seamless Knit technology. Outer layer covered with pvc coatings. Enhanced grip performance and puncture resistance. The gloves are widely used in precision electronic instruments, circuit boards and other accessories processing tasks. Here are the glove features:

  • Built-in conductive carbon fiber for excellent static dissipation. Can be used in an ESD environment
  • Nylon base Liner with Kevlar fiber, A3 grade puncture resistance
  • Covered with pvc coatings for enhanced grip.
  • Grips small parts with ease
  • ESD Seamless Knit process, Low dust generation, and Lint-freeree
  • Knit Wrist cuff finish for a secure fit
  • Washable and reusable

ESD gloves are commonly used in “microelectronics” type work. The gloves have high electrostatic dissipation requirements and need to have good touch screen compatibility. At the same time need to have a good touch screen compatibility. ESD001 uses carbon fiber for static dissipation. With PU coatings. Finger tips are treated by conductive fiber blend. Improve touch screen sensitivity. M-tide can develop targeted solutions for different tasks.

Work gloves should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. The ideal storage temperature is typically between **10°C–25°C**. Excessively high temperatures can cause the rubber, nitrile, or coating to age, become sticky, or crack, thereby reducing protective performance.

When measuring glove sizes, first use a soft tape measure to measure palm circumference at the widest point (excluding the thumb), then measure hand length from the base of the middle finger to the fingertip. Refer to the size chart based on these two measurements to select sizes such as S, M, L, or XL. If the palm circumference and finger length correspond to different sizes, generally prioritize the palm circumference and choose a tighter or roomier fit based on personal preference.

FAQ

What scenarios are ESD gloves suitable for?

ESD PVC Coated Work Gloves offer comprehensive protection. Excellent static dissipation. Suitable for precision electronic processing and assembly tasks. Effectively protects electronic components. Kevlar interior provides A3 level of puncture resistance. Grip Performance is enhanced by pvc coatings on the outside of the gloves. Can be used for the handling of sharp materials.

The gloves have excellent chemical resistance. In the chemical manufacturing industry, workers are exposed to acidic, alkaline, or oily chemicals.

The pvc coatings provide an effective barrier to prevent the chemicals from harming the skin. At the same time, it has excellent gripping ability in wet and greasy environments. It can effectively improve work efficiency.

ESD PVC Coated Work Gloves are suitable for Cleanroom and ESD environments. Gloves are made with Seamless Knit technology. With nylon and Kevlar fibers. Effective low-dust generation And Lint-free. Knit Wrist cuffs prevent hand dander from falling off. It can effectively reduce the dust and fiber falling off during the actual work.
