Work gloves should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. The ideal storage temperature is typically between **10°C–25°C**. Excessively high temperatures can cause the rubber, nitrile, or coating to age, become sticky, or crack, thereby reducing protective performance.

When measuring glove sizes, first use a soft tape measure to measure palm circumference at the widest point (excluding the thumb), then measure hand length from the base of the middle finger to the fingertip. Refer to the size chart based on these two measurements to select sizes such as S, M, L, or XL. If the palm circumference and finger length correspond to different sizes, generally prioritize the palm circumference and choose a tighter or roomier fit based on personal preference.

FAQ

Are latex palm coated knit gloves suitable for extended wear?

These latex palm coated knit gloves can be made with high-gauge seamless liners for a soft, close fit. The seamless liner helps reduce seam friction against the skin, ensuring a snug and comfortable fit. The palm-only coatings provide better breathability on the back of the hand. These gloves are exceptionally durable and suitable for extended wear.

“Latex-coated gloves” is a general term. Latex coating methods typically include palm dip, half dip, and full dip. Palm-dip gloves primarily cover the palm and fingertips while ensuring breathability on the back of the hand. The palm-dip process strikes a good balance between grip, flexibility, and comfort. They are suitable for tasks such as warehouse material handling and gardening.

These gloves offer a certain degree of abrasion resistance and mechanical protection. However, they should not be used as professional puncture-resistant gloves. The level of protection primarily depends on the properties of the glove’s lining material. For puncture-resistant glove customization, liners such as Kevlar, HPPE, or stainless steel wire blends may be used. It is also important to review the gloves’ safety certifications, such as compliance with ANSI/EN 388 standards. M-tide offers professional custom solutions.

M-tide offers professional customization solutions for latex-coated gloves. We will select the appropriate lining material based on your needs. Common liner options include nylon, polyester, cotton, HPPE, Kevlar, and stainless steel wire blends. Knit gauges typically include 10, 13, and 15 gauge. Latex coatings are available in blue, red, and black colors. The dipping method and coating thickness will be customized according to requirements such as protective performance.
