Product Description

M-tide offers high-quality latex-coated work gloves. After latex dipping, the gloves are dried and vulcanized. Customers can choose smooth latex or sandy latex according to the work environment.

  • Smooth latex coating solution: After latex dipping, the gloves are dried and vulcanized. The smooth latex surface is even, easy to clean, and less likely to retain dirt or stains. It offers good durability. Suitable for work environments requiring basic water resistance, such as cleaning, gardening, and fishing.
  • Sandy latex coating solution: After latex dipping, the gloves undergo a sand-textured finish, followed by drying and vulcanization. The sandy latex coating is suitable for work scenarios requiring stronger grip, such as those involving wet or oily environments. The rough texture increases friction, making handling more stable and precise while reducing the risk of material slipping.

Our latex-coated gloves can be paired with knitted liners made of 100% cotton, cotton-polyester blends, or nylon, available in 7-gauge, 10-gauge, and 13-gauge specifications. To meet varying requirements for flexibility and protective performance, M-tide engineers can customize a dedicated solution for you. This helps the gloves fit different work intensities and applications. We provide tailored latex-coated glove solutions.

  • Seamless knitted liner enhances comfort and flexibility
  • Supports palm dipping, finger dipping, half dipping, full dipping, and 3/4 dipping
  • Excellent abrasion resistance supports repeated use, reducing replacement frequency

Work gloves should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. The ideal storage temperature is typically between **10°C–25°C**. Excessively high temperatures can cause the rubber, nitrile, or coating to age, become sticky, or crack, thereby reducing protective performance.

When measuring glove sizes, first use a soft tape measure to measure palm circumference at the widest point (excluding the thumb), then measure hand length from the base of the middle finger to the fingertip. Refer to the size chart based on these two measurements to select sizes such as S, M, L, or XL. If the palm circumference and finger length correspond to different sizes, generally prioritize the palm circumference and choose a tighter or roomier fit based on personal preference.

FAQ

What is the difference between smooth latex-coated gloves and sandy latex-coated gloves?

Smooth latex-coated gloves have a relatively flat surface and are suitable for tasks requiring basic water resistance, abrasion resistance, and easy cleaning. Sandy latex-coated gloves have a rougher surface with greater friction, making them ideal for wet, slippery, or lightly oily industrial environments where a secure grip is essential. M-tide can select different latex surfaces and coating methods based on the customer’s specific application.

Smooth latex coatings offer a certain level of water resistance, reducing direct contact between the hands and water, muddy water, or wet materials. They are suitable for gardening, cleaning, handling wet materials, and light outdoor work. However, the level of water resistance depends on the coverage area of the coating. If stronger water resistance is required, M-tide can provide full-dipping, full-coating, or thickened coating solutions.

M-tide offers a variety of seamless knitted liners for smooth and sandy latex-coated gloves, including nylon, polyester, cotton blends, HPPE, aramid, and thermal liners. Different liners affect the glove’s comfort, flexibility, cut resistance, and thermal insulation. Customers can select based on their needs for construction, material handling, assembly, or low-temperature work.

Latex coating offers excellent elasticity, grip, abrasion resistance, and tear resistance, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and outdoor applications. Compared to some other coatings, latex provides consistent friction in both dry and wet conditions and enhances glove durability. M-tide can meet anti-slip, waterproof, and abrasion-resistant requirements through various textures, thicknesses, and dipping methods.
