Work gloves should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. The ideal storage temperature is typically between **10°C–25°C**. Excessively high temperatures can cause the rubber, nitrile, or coating to age, become sticky, or crack, thereby reducing protective performance.

When measuring glove sizes, first use a soft tape measure to measure palm circumference at the widest point (excluding the thumb), then measure hand length from the base of the middle finger to the fingertip. Refer to the size chart based on these two measurements to select sizes such as S, M, L, or XL. If the palm circumference and finger length correspond to different sizes, generally prioritize the palm circumference and choose a tighter or roomier fit based on personal preference.

FAQ

What are the advantages of PU fingertip coatings compared to palm-dipped gloves?

PU fingertip coatings cover only the critical touch areas at the fingertips. The palms, backs of the hands, and knuckles remain uncoated, effectively maintaining finger flexibility and breathability during use. For tasks requiring prolonged glove use, good breathability effectively reduces internal heat buildup and hand perspiration, keeping hands dry at all times.

Polyurethane Finger-Coated Assembly Gloves are suitable for tasks such as electronic component assembly, including PCB assembly, wire harness organization, and small electronic component sorting. The PU coatings are lightweight and soft, offering good dexterity. However, for electrostatic-sensitive components, we recommend using Antistatic Polyurethane Finger-Coated Assembly Gloves. These gloves contain conductive carbon fibers, comply with electrostatic protection standards, and effectively reduce static buildup that could cause current damage to components.

Polyester offers a certain level of strength, along with good abrasion resistance and support. The gloves resist deformation even during repeated bending and gripping. The Polyurethane Finger-Coated Assembly Gloves feature a polyester lining combined with a 13-gauge seamless knit construction. The gloves are densely woven throughout, providing a snug fit and comfortable wear.
